ENTRÉE

Caesar Salad with marinated Chicken Tenders.

 

Home Made Japanese Crumbed Calamari Rings

with Rocket and Parmesan Salad with ranch dressing.

 

Traditional Minestrone Soup

with garlic and parsley croutons.

 

Tasmanian Smoked Salmon and Avocado Salad

drizzled with red wine vinaigrette.

 

MAINS

Chicken Arabico - Free Range Chicken Fillet marinated with sumac: grilled and

served with couscous and coated with chili and pineapple jam.

 

Pork Madagascar - Honey Roasted slices of Pork

served with grilled pineapple and port wine jus.

 

Steak Kilpatrick - Grain fed 350g Baked Porterhouse steak

served with mouth watering Kilpatrick sauce (all steaks cooked to medium).

 

Teriyaki Salmon - Tasmanian Salmon steak infused with chef’s own teriyaki marinade,

grilled and served on sushi rice

 

Lamb Navarin - Pot Roasted Lamb rump

served on sweet potato mash and coated with roasted vegetable and lamb jus

Sticky Date Pudding

served with Cinnamon Ice cream and butterscotch caramel.

  • If you would like Hot Savouries served prior to your meal, this can be arranged for you

            at an additional cost of $8.00 per person.

 

 

  • Cheese and Fruit can be added to your menu for an additional $10.00 per person

 

 

  • Bowls of Salad in centre of each table for an additional $5.00 per person

 

 

  • All menus you have read are designed for a minimum of 50 guests.
